Payment, registration & tour policies

Payment & registration details

To confirm your participation, please make the full payment — or an advance payment as stated for your tour (non-refundable) — on or before the date given for that tour.

Please include your name in the payment reference when making the transfer, and send the payment receipt via WhatsApp to our number. The seat arrangement will be shared closer to the departure date.

Please provide the following details along with your payment receipt:

• Name
• Number of Participants
• Pickup Point *
• Drop-off Point *
• Emergency Contact Person
• Emergency Contact Number

* Please note that pickup and drop-off locations must be on the scheduled route.

Cancellation policy

• Advance payments are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 7 days before the departure date.
• If a cancellation is made more than 7 days before departure with a valid reason, the advance payment can be transferred to another Unanduwa tour within 6 months.

Terms & conditions

• Unanduwa Leisure (Pvt) Ltd is not responsible for tour cancellations caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, severe weather conditions, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control.
• In such situations, Unanduwa Leisure (Pvt) Ltd reserves the right to reschedule the tour or provide a refund / credit at its discretion.
• While all reasonable safety precautions are taken, participants join the tour at their own risk. Unanduwa Leisure (Pvt) Ltd and its staff shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, accident, or fatality that may occur during the tour.
